Volunteering as a sports coach with Future Leaders School is to contribute to help the children know the rules and laws governing a particular sport.

Plan and lead your program with students to participate with educational project at Future Leaders School. Student volunteering positively impact personal development.

Dress Making and ICT Programmes

The school has introduced an after school vocational training centre with focus on dressmaking and ICT training. It is a well designed programme to afford the children the opportunity to have basic skills in the aforementioned programmes before they complete their education with us. We also admit girls and all those outside the school who are interested in this after school vocational and ICT programme. The school also plans to introduce cosmetology , phone repairs and other programmes to suit the growing need for the children to get employable skills before leaving the school.

Internship

We welcome students and all those who want to have their internship programmes in the school. We provide opportunities for trainee teachers, ICT students, sports coaches and all others to have their internship in our facility. The sports coaches are taken to field to assist our coaches train the kids in the various disciplines. The school can boast of a football team, girls netball team, a newly introduced rugby team and a volleyball team. We deem it a great opportunity to the students to get a fair idea of the practical aspects in their various programmes of study.

Group Volunteering

Groups, associations, social clubs, educational institutions and workers of an organisations are given the opportunity to volunteer in the school.
They are taken through orientation on the very first day they arrive in the school for them to acquaint themselves with our programmes and our unique project.
The group members are then taken to the various classrooms to assist the teachers, thus getting the opportunity to interact with the kids and also help them to undertake classroom exercises and other assignments to be determined by the teacher.

Volunteer Plan

We have a well tailored plan for all volunteers who chooses Billa Mahmud Memorial Future Leaders School. The school provides the opportunity for all volunteers explore our diverse cultures by taking them to the various interesting tourists sites in the outskirts of the capital. They will also undertake various exercises in more conducive local environment. The volunteers from outside Ghana be thought how to make some Ghanaian delicacies and participate in local activities like drumming and dancing. Also, the volunteers will be made to live in a Ghanaian setting. This will enable the volunteer, especially those from outside Ghana, to have a different view of other cultures and have a fair knowledge of their way of lives.
